Job summary

ACE Money Transfer in Lahore is seeking a senior finance leader to own the group P&L, revenue assurance and cost optimisation. You will oversee revenue recognition, test against the ledger, challenge cost of sales and drive value through operational efficiency.

This role leads a team of analysts and reports to the Head of Finance and the senior leadership team. Your first hundred days focus on setting a cost-saving target, building an initiative pipeline, and delivering promised savings.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACCA/ACA/CA or CIMA credentials.
• 6+ years in commercial finance, FP&A or analytical finance roles.
• Proven cost optimisation experience with quantified savings.
• Strong Excel and ability to use SQL, Python or Power BI to interrogate data.
• Experience owning a P&L or part of one with accountability for variance.
• Clear written English and ability to challenge numbers under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Own the group P&L across revenue, cost of sales and OPEX by entity and line of business.
• Provide a single commercial view reconciled to the ledger and explain variances.
• Trace revenue from transaction to ledger and validate earned revenue.
• Test cost of sales against the ledger and prior periods before consolidation.
• Lead a team of analysts and set review and challenge standards.
• Contribute to monthly close, forecasting, budgets and board-ready packs.
