ACE Money Transfer is seeking a senior FP&A leader to own group P&L, revenue assurance and cost of sales across entities. You will lead analytics and challenge numbers, partnering with the Head of Finance and the executive team.

The role focuses on testing revenue earned, delivering cost optimisation, planning, forecasting and reporting, and providing commercial insight to guide strategic decisions. You will build a high-performing team and drive board-ready performance narratives.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with senior finance experience.
• Experience in commercial finance, FP&A or equivalent.
• Ability to challenge numbers, not just produce them.
• Strong Excel plus data interrogation skills.

Responsabilités

• Own group P&L end-to-end: revenue, cost of sales, OPEX and margin.
• Lead revenue assurance: trace revenue to ledger and validate earnings.
• Challenge cost of sales and test against ledger and prior periods.
• Drive cost optimisation with quantified savings and owner accountability.
• Oversee planning, forecasting and monthly/quarterly reporting.
