Prudent Edge is seeking a Finance Advisory Director to shape the strategic direction for the finance advisory arm across Lahore, Karachi and Islamabad. You will lead high‑value client engagements, pitch to C‑suite executives and drive multi‑million dollar mandates in a fast‑growing practice.

This role requires 2–4+ years in professional services or corporate finance, senior certifications (CPA/ACCA/CFA/CA), and deep ERP/AI‑driven analytics expertise.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years in professional services or corporate finance.
• Proven track record of leading large advisory teams and achieving revenue targets.
• Senior certifications such as CPA, ACCA, CFA, or CA are mandatory.
• Cloud ERP literacy (SAP S/4HANA, Workday) and predictive analytics.
• Regulatory mastery and global financial frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Define the strategic direction for the finance advisory arm and identify market trends (e.g., ESG reporting, AI-driven transformation).
• Lead the acquisition of major corporate accounts and manage the sales pipeline, including pitches to C-suite executives.
• Act as engagement partner on multi-million projects, overseeing complex financial advice and due diligence.
• Oversee recruitment, training and retention of leads, associates, and analysts to build leadership depth.
• Manage the practice's budget, utilization, and profitability while upholding risk and quality standards.
• Represent the firm as a thought leader at global conferences and publish insights on the future of finance.
