Job summary

ACE Money Transfer, a UK-based multinational fintech, is seeking a Product Testing & Development Officer in Lahore. You will own end-to-end testing across payout, processing, gateways, reconciliation, and related changes, coordinating with IT/PMO and stakeholders to ensure robust go-live readiness.

Responsibilities include designing comprehensive test cases, verifying changes in live-like environments, and maintaining a single tracker for all testing activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• 1–2 years QA/testing, product/business analysis, or payout/payment operations; UAT cycles a strong plus.
• Comfortable reading requirements/specs and translating them into concrete test scenarios.
• Structured and detail-oriented; able to run a checklist under time pressure.
• Confident coordinating with IT/PMO and making go/no-go decisions when testing isn't complete.
• Strong tracker/documentation discipline — Excel proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end testing for new products, corridors, and system releases across Payment Operations.
• Design and execute test cases for normal flow, edge cases, failure scenarios, and rollback conditions.
• Validate changes in live-like environments before sign-off; block go-live if testing is incomplete.
• Conduct post-go-live monitoring during stabilization to catch volume-related issues.
• Maintain a standard testing checklist/SOP per change type for consistency across the pod.
• Act as Operations' counterpart to IT/PMO for all system development and product builds.
• Review requirements and specs for operational feasibility before build starts.
