Job summary

People Perfect in Lahore seeks a dynamic Unit Head Sales & Services - Central to lead B2B sales operations at the Head Office. You will drive revenue growth, develop strategic client relationships, expand market presence, and strengthen brand communication.

The role requires strong leadership, commercial acumen, and the ability to develop and execute sales strategies while ensuring achievement of business objectives. Location: Green Fort 2, Lahore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• 7+ years of sales and business development experience.
• Strong B2B sales experience in HR, Banking or Software industries preferred.
• Experience handling corporate clients and C-level engagements.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement sales strategies to achieve targets for the Central Region.
• Analyze market data and demand trends to optimize sales performance.
• Conduct client meetings, deliver presentations, and negotiate with C-level stakeholders.
• Develop proposals, execute agreements, and manage end-to-end sales cycles.
• Lead cross-selling and joint marketing initiatives to increase exposure and profitability.
• Design and implement sales programs to enhance brand awareness and market presence.
• Prepare strategic sales plans, budgets, and forecasts.
• Monitor sales performance and align with targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams and regional leadership to improve sales effectiveness.
• Drive business growth through client acquisition and retention strategies.
