Job summary

Cybernet is seeking an HCM Executive to join the Human Capital Management team in Islamabad. The role covers talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training, HR operations, and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of HR experience, a strong HR foundation, and excellent communication skills to support a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in talent management, employee relations, or HR operations.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end Talent Acquisition & Onboarding processes including sourcing, screening, and interviews.
• Serve as a trusted advisor for employee relations and engagement, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
• Support Performance Management and Learning & Development initiatives; maintain training records and metrics.
• Assist HR Operations & Compliance, maintain HRIS data integrity, and ensure regulatory alignment.
• Coordinate Payroll & Benefits support and respond to employee inquiries on compensation and benefits.
