Job summary

CS Outsource is seeking a proactive Short-Term Rental (STR) Virtual Assistant to support day-to-day operations of our U.S. properties from our Lahore office. You will manage guest communications, reservations, and coordination with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure a smooth guest experience.

The role requires excellent English, STR/hospitality experience preferred, strong organization, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, including US shift coverage.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Prior experience in Short-Term Rental (STR), Airbnb, Vacation Rental, Hospitality, or Property Management is preferred.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with OTA platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO) and property management systems is an advantage.
• Willingness to work U.S. shifts from our Lahore office.

Responsibilities

• Manage guest communication through calls, emails, and OTA messaging platforms.
• Coordinate reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and booking modifications.
• Monitor property calendars and ensure booking accuracy across multiple platforms.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and operations teams to ensure timely task completion.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and operational updates.
• Assist with daily administrative and operational tasks related to property management.
• Follow company procedures and service standards to ensure operational excellence.
