Job summary

Plutus21 Capital, L.L.C. is seeking a GTM Engineer to join our go-to-market team. You will build and maintain the systems that support how we identify, reach, and convert customers, working across our sales, marketing, and operations functions.

The position sits between engineering and go-to-market. You will be responsible for automating manual revenue processes, connecting the platforms our commercial teams depend on, and building tooling that improves how those teams operate day to day.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in go-to-market engineering or similar technical role supporting commercial functions.
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript.
• REST APIs, webhooks, and authentication methods.
• SQL: querying and transforming data.
• Hands-on CRM platform administration or development.
• Experience with workflow automation platforms.
• Familiarity with data enrichment and prospecting tools.
• Understanding of how sales, marketing and customer success use data.
• Ability to turn loosely defined problems into working systems with limited supervision.
• Strong written and verbal English skills.
• Comfort with changing requirements and shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Identify manual and repetitive go-to-market processes and replace with automated workflows.
• Build and maintain integrations between sales, marketing and operations platforms.
• Design data enrichment workflows to improve prospect/account data.
• Develop lead scoring, routing and lifecycle management systems.
• Create AI agents and language-model workflows to support research and qualification tasks.
• Own data integrity including synchronization, deduplication and hygiene.
• Design outbound campaign infrastructure with sequencing and deliverability tracking.
• Write scripts and services to extend platform functionality.
• Build internal tools and dashboards to support commercial workflows.
• Manage end-to-end projects from problem identification to deployment and measurement.
• Instrument systems for performance and business impact, monitor reliability.
