Job summary

ReBiz seeks an engineer to own and ship AI-driven workflows powering marketing, sales, customer success, product, and operations. You will transform manual GTM steps into robust agentic processes, proving results and keeping them operational across teams.

You will work with Claude, build MCP servers and API integrations, and ensure data quality from CRM to BI platforms. Remote-friendly, US ET-aligned, demanding high execution quality.

Qualifications

• Software engineering background with production code experience in Python or TypeScript.
• 2+ years of hands-on AI experience building with LLMs.
• 1+ year creating, deploying and QA-ing agentic workflows used daily.
• Strong knowledge of Claude and related tools.
• Experience designing and deploying MCP servers and API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own AI workflows across marketing, sales, CS, product and operations.
• Turn manual GTM processes into agentic workflows and validate results.
• Build lead routing, scoring and outreach automation for inbound and outbound.
• Surface account health, renewal risk and product feedback from data.
• Maintain modular workflows and versioned prompts for reusability.
