5CREST is seeking a GTM Engineer to bridge product, sales and customer success. You’ll build the technical infrastructure that powers our revenue engine—from CRM automation and data pipelines to custom integrations and internal tools that help our team sell and support more effectively.

You’ll collaborate with product and engineering to ensure smooth data flow between the product and go-to-market systems, troubleshoot data quality issues, and create dashboards that give leadership visibility

Qualificações

• 3+ years in a technical role supporting sales, marketing, or revenue ops
• Salesforce reporting and maintenance skills
• Familiarity with API integrations and GTM stack tools
• Understanding of B2B SaaS sales processes and metrics (MQLs, pipeline stages, ARR)
• Comfort working cross-functionally with non-technical stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving instincts and bias toward shipping solutions quickly

Responsabilidades

• Build and optimize integrations between sales/marketing tools and internal systems
• Create dashboards, reports, and data pipelines that give leadership visibility into pipeline health and funnel metrics
• Support reporting in our Salesforce instance and integrations with the broader tech stack
• Develop internal tools and automations that reduce manual work for sales, CS, and marketing teams
• Partner with product and engineering to ensure smooth data flow between the product and go-to-market systems
• Troubleshoot data quality issues and implement processes to maintain clean, reliable CRM data
