Job summary

Plutus21 is seeking a GTM Engineer to join our go-to-market team, building systems that identify, reach, and convert customers across sales, marketing, and operations.

You will automate revenue workflows, connect commercial platforms via API integrations, and develop tooling that improves day-to-day performance, with hands-on coding and AI-enabled solutions. This role sits between engineering and GTM, requiring practical delivery and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in go-to-market engineering or revenue operations.
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript.
• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and auth methods.
• Working knowledge of SQL for data querying and transformation.
• Hands-on CRM platform experience.
• Experience with workflow automation platforms.
• Experience with data enrichment and prospecting tools.
• Familiarity with large language models in business workflows.
• Understanding of sales, marketing, and customer success data usage.
• Ability to turn loosely defined problems into working systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify manual processes and replace them with automated workflows.
• Build integrations between platforms used by sales, marketing, and operations.
• Design data enrichment workflows to improve records.
• Build lead scoring, routing, and lifecycle management systems.
• Develop AI agents and LLM workflows for research and prioritization.
• Own data integrity across commercial systems, including deduplication.
• Design and maintain outbound campaign infrastructure and tracking.
• Write scripts and services to extend platform functionality.
• Create internal tools and dashboards for commercial workflows.
• Own projects end to end from problem to deployment and measurement.
• Instrument systems to quantify performance and business impact.
• Ensure reliability with monitoring, error handling, and alerts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize work.
• Produce reporting for commercial and executive visibility.
• Document systems and enable team members to operate them.
• Evaluate new tools and support build vs. buy decisions.
• Participate in planning and technical decision making.
