Plutus21 Capital, L.L.C. is seeking a GTM Engineer to join our go-to-market team, building and maintaining systems that identify, reach, and convert customers across sales, marketing, and operations.

The role sits between engineering and GTM, focusing on automating revenue processes, integrating platforms, and creating tooling to improve day-to-day workflows. This is a hands-on role that emphasizes working systems over pure analysis.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in go-to-market engineering or revenue operations.
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript.
• Experience with REST APIs and authentication methods.
• SQL knowledge for querying and transforming data.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms.
• Experience with workflow automation platforms.
• Experience with data enrichment tools.
• Familiarity with large language models in business workflows.
• Strong English communication.
• Ability to operate in changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Identify manual go-to-market processes and replace with automated workflows.
• Build and maintain integrations between sales, marketing, and operations platforms.
• Design data enrichment workflows to improve prospect and account data.
• Develop lead scoring, routing, and lifecycle management systems.
• Create AI agents and language model workflows to support research and prioritization tasks.
• Ensure data integrity across commercial systems, including synchronization, deduplication, and hygiene processes.
• Design and maintain outbound campaign infrastructure, including sequencing, deliverability, and performance tracking.
• Write scripts and services that extend platform functionality beyond what native configuration allows.
• Build internal tools and applications that support commercial workflows.
• Own projects end to end, from problem identification through implementation, deployment, and measurement.
• Instrument the systems you build so that their performance and business impact can be measured.
• Ensure automated workflows remain reliable through monitoring, error handling, retries, and alerting.
• Partner with sales, marketing, and operations stakeholders to understand process friction and prioritize work accordingly.
• Produce reporting and dashboards that give commercial and executive stakeholders visibility into performance.
• Document the systems you build and enable other team members to operate them.
• Evaluate new tools and platforms and support build or buy decisions with working prototypes.
• Participate in planning and technical decision making across the go-to-market function.
