• Reach out to prospective customers via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and in-person meetings.
• Follow up on leads generated through campaigns, events, webinars, and referrals.
• Identify customer training needs and position relevant training solutions.
• Schedule, coordinate, and conduct meetings with clients and prospects.
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and business pitches.
• Maintain and update lead and opportunity pipelines in CRM or tracking systems.
