Responsabilidades

• Reach out to prospective customers via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and in-person meetings.
• Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, events, webinars, and referrals.
• Identify customer training needs and propose relevant training solutions.
• Schedule, coordinate, and conduct client meetings.
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and pitches.
• Maintain lead and opportunity pipelines in CRM/tracking systems.
• Support creation and execution of sales plays and outreach strategies.
• Build relationships with corporate clients, universities, and industry stakeholders.
• Coordinate with marketing and technical teams to support opportunities.
• Attend events, seminars, and networking to generate new opportunities.

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic andconfident Business Development Trainee to join our Skills & TrainingBusiness Unit. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting businessgrowth by identifying opportunities, engaging with potential customers,converting marketing generated leads, and helping expand the trainingportfolio’s reach in the market.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoysinteracting with people, building relationships, conducting meetings, andcontributing directly to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to prospective customers through calls, emails,LinkedIn, and in-person meetings
  
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns,events, webinars, and referrals
  
• Identify customer training needs and position relevant trainingsolutions accordingly
