Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, IT, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic networking, Windows/Linux, and core cybersecurity concepts are expected.
• Familiarity with SIEM, EDR, firewalls or other security solutions through academic projects, labs or internships.
• Good English communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Review RFPs and tenders, prepare compliance matrices, and assist in drafting technical proposals.
• Support solution sizing and BoQ preparation in coordination with vendors and OEMs.
• Assist in setting up lab environments and conducting demos and PoCs for cybersecurity solutions.
• Maintain opportunity trackers and proposal documentation.
• Complete assigned vendor training and accreditations.

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated Presales Trainee to support our team in preparing technical proposals, analyzing customer requirements, and demonstrating cybersecurity solutions. This role offers fresh graduates an opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in cybersecurity technologies, solution design, and presales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Review RFPs and tenders, prepare compliance matrices, and assist in drafting technical proposals.

Support solution sizing and Bill of Quantities (BoQ) preparation in coordination with vendors and OEMs.

Assist in setting up lab environments and conducting demos and Proofs of Concept (PoCs) for cybersecurity solutions.

Maintain opportunity trackers and proposal documentation.

Complete assigned vendor training and accreditations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, IT, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
