Job summary

Trillium Information Security Systems (TISS) invites fresh graduates to join Elevate by TISS as a Marketing Trainee in Rawalpindi, Pakistan. The program focuses on planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, with hands-on support for content creation and market research.

You will work with the marketing, design, and sales teams to drive lead generation, track engagement, and compile performance reports while contributing to employer branding initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Fresher candidates encouraged.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts including SEO, social media, and email marketing.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and offline channels.
• Support content creation for LinkedIn, website, blogs, and marketing materials.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Help manage social media platforms and track engagement metrics.
• Assist in designing basic marketing collateral (presentations, brochures, posts).
• Support lead generation and campaign tracking using CRM or marketing tools.
• Coordinate with design, sales, and technical teams for campaign execution.
• Maintain marketing calendars and campaign documentation.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports (reach, engagement, leads).
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
