Job summary

JazzWorld, Pakistan’s fastest-growing digital ecosystem, seeks an M&A Analyst to support strategic investment opportunities across markets. Based in Pakistan, you will report to VEON HQ and work with teams and external advisors on financial analysis, valuation, due diligence and transaction execution.

You will own the M&A pipeline, build valuation analyses (DCF, comps, precedents), prepare executive materials, and track post-deal KPIs, contributing to growth in TMT, fintech and digital sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA/ACCA/CFA/CA preferred.
• 4–6+ years in investment banking, corporate development/M&A, private equity or related.
• Strong financial modelling and valuation capabilities (DCF, comps).
• Solid understanding of TMT, fintech and digital business models.
• End-to-end M&A process knowledge including due diligence and execution.
• Strong analytical, structuring and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support development and maintenance of the M&A pipeline across VEON markets.
• Perform financial analysis and valuation, including DCF, comparable-company and precedent-transaction analysis.
• Prepare executive-level materials and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Build and maintain a knowledge bank of TMT, fintech and digital transactions and peer benchmarks.
• Coordinate cross-functional due diligence workstreams and external advisors.
• Support transaction execution, including preparation and review of key deal documentation.
• Track post-transaction KPIs and performance against the original deal rationale.
