Tkxel, a leading software engineering company, seeks a Junior Account Manager in Lahore to support US and EU accounts, learn from senior leadership, and grow into expanding client engagements. You will coordinate delivery data, schedules, and invoicing while building strong client relationships.

You will work closely with delivery teams and finance, developing a solid understanding of IT services monetization, billing models, and contract structures as you progress.

Competenze

• 1–3 years in a client-facing role: project coordination, junior PM, customer success, or post‑sale support at a services or tech company.
• Strong writing: clear, structured communication, no fluff.
• Detail orientation that survives tight deadlines and calendar precision.
• Comfort in technical conversations between client engineering leads and delivery teams.

Mansioni

• Support a portfolio of US and EU accounts with primary ownership of smaller, low‑complexity accounts as you ramp.
• Prepare Quarterly Business Reviews: pull delivery data, draft narrative, build decks, coordinate with engineering leads.
• Coordinate internally between client, delivery teams, and finance; manage Jira, Salesforce hygiene, SOW changes, invoice queries.
• Handle first-line client communication on operational matters: status updates, scheduling, documentation, follow-ups.
• Spot expansion signals and relay them to the senior AM with context.
• Monitor account health and flag quiet clients or delivery issues before renewals.
