Job summary

Newton Health is seeking a Growth & Operations Lead to drive growth, discovery calls, and customer success in a healthcare SaaS environment. You will own lead-generation, client conversion, and operational processes, partnering with leadership to shape product feedback and go-to-market activities.

The role blends growth, marketing, and product operations in an early-stage SaaS setup, with remote work and a focus on building scalable customer-facing processes and KPI tracking.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in SaaS, business development, growth, startup operations, customer success, product operations, digital marketing, account management, or a related field.
• Experience working in or supporting a digital product, technology company, SaaS business, startup, or other rapidly evolving organization.
• Strong client-facing communication and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies to generate qualified opportunities among physicians, practice owners, administrators, and healthcare decision-makers.
• Identify and test acquisition channels (outbound, referrals, partnerships, organic marketing).
• Conduct or facilitate discovery and product conversations; communicate Newton's features and business value.
• Strengthen positioning, physician-facing messaging, product use cases, and sales materials with the marketing team.
• Support onboarding and coordinate client questions with customer service and technical support.
• Provide updates on growth initiatives, pipeline activity, and priorities to leadership.
• Build repeatable processes across lead generation, discovery, onboarding, and KPI tracking.
• Independently evaluate new technologies to support growth and customer conversations.
