Job summary

Newton Health is seeking a Growth & Operations Lead for a remote, full-time SaaS role focused on growing the customer base and optimizing operations across discovery, onboarding, and customer success.

You will move between growth, marketing, sales calls, customer conversations, product feedback, and process building in an early-stage SaaS environment. Strong communication with founders and executives is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in SaaS, business development, growth, startup operations, customer success, product operations, digital marketing, account management, or related fields.
• Experience working in or supporting a digital product, technology company, SaaS business, startup, or other rapidly evolving organization.
• Ability to translate product features into customer value and business outcomes.
• Strong client-facing communication and relationship-management skills.
• Experience conducting discovery calls, product conversations, or sales conversations with senior decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute practical growth strategies to generate qualified opportunities among physicians and healthcare decision-makers.
• Identify and test acquisition channels to build a repeatable client-acquisition engine.
• Conduct discovery and product conversations, articulate Newton's value, and drive conversions.
• Collaborate with marketing to strengthen positioning, messaging, and sales materials.
• Support customer onboarding and coordinate with services and product teams.
• Build repeatable processes across lead generation, follow-up, onboarding, and reporting.
• Evaluate AI tools and technologies to support growth and workflows.
