Newton Health is seeking a Growth & Operations Lead for a remote, full-time role that focuses on building a scalable growth and operations engine for a healthcare SaaS product. The role spans growth, marketing, discovery calls, client conversion, customer success, product feedback, and process building in an early-stage environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in SaaS, growth, startup operations, or customer-facing roles.
• Experience in digital marketing, product operations, or customer success is a plus.
• Strong client-facing communication and relationship-management skills.
• Comfort conducting discovery calls, product conversations, or sales conversations.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute strategies to generate qualified opportunities among healthcare decision-makers.
• Identify and test acquisition channels for a repeatable client-acquisition engine.
• Conduct or facilitate discovery and product conversations to understand client needs.
• Improve discovery, sales processes, and follow-up to drive conversions.
• Collaborate with marketing to sharpen positioning, messaging, and sales materials.
• Support onboarding and coordinate client questions with internal teams.
• Propose ideas to leadership and translate them into practical execution plans.
