Job summary

Newton Health seeks a Growth & Operations Lead to own go-to-market initiatives in a fast-moving SaaS environment. You will drive growth through outbound, partnerships, and marketing, while coordinating discovery calls, client conversion, and customer success.

You will partner with leadership to refine product feedback, build scalable processes, and integrate AI-driven workflows to improve efficiency and outcomes for medical practices.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in SaaS, growth, startup operations or related fields.
• Experience in digital product, SaaS, tech or evolving orgs.
• Ability to generate ideas to attract, engage and convert customers.
• Client-facing communication and relationship-management skills.
• Confident in discovery calls, product/sales conversations and meetings.
• Experience communicating with founders or senior decision-makers.
• Translate product features into customer value and outcomes.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities without constant supervision.
• Strong problem-solving and ownership when processes are evolving.
• Strong research skills; quick to learn unfamiliar industries/tech.
• Practical use of AI tools for business, research, or productivity.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and follow-through.
• Calm, professional demeanor with changing priorities and difficult conversations.
• Ability to contribute to process improvements and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to generate qualified opportunities among healthcare decision-makers.
• Test acquisition channels: outbound, referrals, partnerships, SEO, and organic marketing.
• Lead discovery and product conversations; communicate Newton's value clearly.
• Address objections, follow up with prospects, and drive conversion.
• Partner with marketing to strengthen positioning, messaging and sales materials.
• Research healthcare tech trends, competitors, and SEO opportunities.
• Support onboarding, collect feedback, and coordinate with customer service and support.
• Provide updates on growth initiatives, pipeline activity, and risks to leadership.
• Build repeatable processes across lead gen, discovery, onboarding, and follow-up.
• Evaluate new technologies to support growth and customer conversations.
• Translate customer feedback into actionable product and process improvements.
