Qualifications

• 2+ years in SaaS, business development, growth, startup operations, or related field.
• Experience working in or supporting a digital product or tech company.
• Ability to develop ideas for attracting, engaging, and converting customers.
• Strong client-facing communication and relationship management.
• Experience conducting discovery calls, product conversations, or sales meetings.
• Experience communicating with founders or senior decision-makers.
• Ability to translate product features into customer value.
• Strong English written and spoken communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
• Experience learning unfamiliar industries and technologies.
• Experience introducing AI, automation into workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth and client acquisition strategies across physicians and healthcare decision-makers.
• Test acquisition channels: outbound, referrals, partnerships, organic marketing.
• Conduct discovery and product conversations to understand needs and communicate value.
• Address questions and move opportunities toward conversion while improving processes.
• Support product marketing with messaging, use cases, and sales materials.
• Coordinate customer onboarding, success, and operations with internal teams.
• Provide updates on pipeline activity and priorities to leadership.
• Build repeatable processes for lead gen, onboarding, and support.
• Evaluate AI tools and technologies to support growth.
