Newton Health is seeking a Growth & Operations Lead to drive growth, client acquisition, and product feedback in a healthcare SaaS environment. You will balance growth, marketing, discovery calls, onboarding, and customer success in an early-stage company.

The role requires cross-functional collaboration with founders and leadership, and you will help build repeatable processes and KPI tracking to scale the business.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in SaaS, growth, startup operations, customer success, product operations, or related fields.
• Experience supporting a digital product, technology company, SaaS, or rapidly evolving organization.
• Ability to generate ideas and strategies to attract, engage, and convert customers.
• Strong client-facing communication and relationship-management skills.
• Comfort conducting discovery calls, product conversations, and sales discussions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to generate qualified opportunities among physicians and healthcare decision-makers.
• Lead discovery calls and product conversations, translating features into business value.
• Collaborate with marketing to strengthen positioning, messaging, use cases, and sales materials.
• Coordinate customer onboarding, support, and product feedback to improve the experience.
• Provide leadership updates on growth initiatives, pipeline activity, and priorities.
• Build repeatable processes across lead generation, discovery, onboarding, and reporting.
• Evaluate AI tools and integrate them into research, documentation, and workflows.
