Job summary

XAD Technologies LTD in Pakistan is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead manpower outsourcing initiatives and grow the client base in both government and private sectors. The role emphasizes identifying opportunities, tender management, and building relationships with key decision-makers across Pakistan.

You will drive revenue through strategic sales plans, effective proposals, and strong networking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, HR, or a related discipline.
• MBA in Marketing or Business Administration is preferred.
• 5–7 years of business development or corporate sales experience.
• Experience with manpower outsourcing, HR services, recruitment, or facility management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure new manpower outsourcing opportunities across Pakistan.
• Develop and execute strategic BD plans to achieve sales targets.
• Coordinate tender management and prepare technical and commercial proposals.
• Maintain CRM records, generate forecasts, and report on sales activity.
