Job summary

XAD Technologies LTD in Rawalpindi seeks an experienced Business Development Manager to identify and win new opportunities across Pakistan in ICT, CCTV, Data Center, Power and MEP sectors. You will manage tender processes, registrations with government and corporate clients, and build strong client relationships.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in B2B sales or business development, plus solid CRM and proposal-writing skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, IT or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, preferably ICT/IT sectors.
• Strong knowledge of B2B sales, government procurement, tenders and CRM.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities across Pakistan in ICT, IT, CCTV, Data Center, Power and MEP sectors.
• Register the company with government and private organizations and pursue tender opportunities.
• Develop leads, manage RFQs/RFPs, and drive client acquisition and revenue targets.
• Maintain client relationships and coordinate with internal teams for proposals and compliance.
• Prepare regular sales reports and contribute to CRM-driven activity tracking.
