Job summary

Arvion Services is seeking a driven Business Development Associate to expand our client base and generate recruitment opportunities across Pakistan and international markets. You will identify potential corporate clients, build a robust pipeline, and conduct outbound prospecting through multiple channels.

You will also promote permanent, contingency, executive search, RPO, and other recruitment services to secure new accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, Sales or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, recruitment sales or agency recruitment.
• Experience working with a recruitment agency preferred.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales and lead-generation processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Comfortable making cold calls and conducting outbound sales.
• Good LinkedIn and digital prospecting skills.
• Ability to identify and engage senior‑level decision-makers.
• Strong follow‑up and pipeline management skills.
• Target‑oriented, self-motivated and commercially driven.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential corporate clients across Pakistan and international markets.
• Build a strong pipeline of companies with active or recurring recruitment requirements.
• Conduct outbound prospecting through LinkedIn, email, telephone calls and other relevant channels.
• Identify HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Heads, HR Directors, Founders and decision-makers.
• Generate qualified leads and convert them into business opportunities.
• Initiate conversations with prospective clients and understand their recruitment requirements.
• Present the company's recruitment and talent solutions effectively.
• Schedule meetings and discussions between prospects and senior BD/management.
• Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
• Negotiate commercial terms within approved guidelines and assist in closing new accounts.
• Promote services including Permanent Recruitment, Contingency Recruitment, Executive Search, RPO, Bulk Hiring, BPO Recruitment, Contract Staffing/EOR.
• Understand client hiring challenges and recommend appropriate recruitment solutions.
• Develop opportunities for recurring and volume-based recruitment partnerships.
• Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective clients.
• Develop long-term relationships with HR and business stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for additional roles, departments or markets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, meetings and follow-ups in CRM/ATS.
• Monitor hiring trends, competitor activity and market opportunities.
• Identify industries and companies with significant recruitment demand.
• Research target companies before initiating business conversations.
• Provide feedback to management regarding market trends, pricing and client requirements.
