Cynosure Designs Ltd. is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead the marketing team and own digital strategy for a diverse client portfolio. You will blend hands-on paid media, SEO, social and content with strong leadership to drive results.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in digital marketing, including 2+ years leading a team, and a proven track record across Google Ads, Bing Ads and Meta Ads. A dynamic agency environment awaits with ownership and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

5+ years in digital marketing, including 2+ years leading a team (agency experience preferred).
Proven record in Google Ads and Bing Ads, with Meta Ads experience.
Strong knowledge of SEO, SMM and content strategy.
Excellent leadership, communication and client-handling skills.
Hands-on with analytics and SEO tools.
Strong project management and multi-client organization.
Stays current with digital marketing trends, tools and AI developments.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor and manage digital marketers, content creators and social media specialists.
Plan, run and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads and Meta Ads for qualified traffic, conversions and ROI.
Lead on-page, off-page and technical SEO, including Local SEO and Google Business Profile.
Build and execute platform-specific strategies for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and X.
Own content strategy across blogs, video, infographics and social, supporting both SEO and brand goals.
Track performance using GA4, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, SEMrush, Ahrefs or Moz; prepare client reports.
