Job summary

The Catalyst Labs by Al Zahra Groups in Pakistan is seeking a results-driven Business Development professional to grow our digital marketing services. You will identify and secure e-commerce and retail clients, manage opportunities in a structured CRM, and collaborate with delivery teams to align solutions with client goals.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in digital marketing sales, strong communication and presentation skills, and a track record of meeting revenue targets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven business development or sales experience in digital marketing or e-commerce services.
• Lead generation and qualification using LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, and CRM management (HubSpot/Pipedrive/Salesforce).
• Consultative selling: discovery, solution mapping, proposals, and negotiation.
• Understanding of digital marketing channels: PPC, SEO, email marketing, social ads, with CPC/ROAS/conversion metrics.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for virtual pitches and client meetings.
• Analytical skills for pipeline forecasting, KPI definition, and campaign data interpretation.
• Time management and organization for remote work and multi-client handling.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify potential e-commerce and retail clients in Faisalabad and surrounding areas.
• Develop sales pipelines and manage leads through CRM with timely follow-ups and smooth handoffs to delivery teams.
• Conduct consultative meetings, include virtual and on-site meetings, to understand goals and present tailored marketing solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design campaign scopes, set KPIs, and estimate budgets and timelines.
• Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets while maintaining strong relationships.
• Travel as required for client meetings and business development activities.
