The role requires 5+ years in performance or growth marketing, with hands-on expertise in Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads, GA4 tracking, and multi-touch attribution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dedicated experience in performance or growth marketing, with a proven track record of scaling budgets and hitting acquisition targets.
• Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads with strategic orientation.
• Strong technical and analytical prowess in data tracking, LTV modeling, cohort retention, and multi-touch attribution.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute end-to-end paid growth strategy across major platforms.
• Own multi-channel budget to hit CAC, ROAS, and volume targets.
• Develop localized acquisition strategies across geographic corridors and segments.
• Oversee tracking implementation (GA4, MMPs, server-side) and optimize attribution models.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with creative, data/BI, and product teams.
• Report performance to C-suite with insights and recommendations.
