Unilever Karachi Head Office invites an Assistant Key Account Manager to drive digital commerce initiatives. You will own end-to-end P&L for the B2C channel, design brand and etailer strategies, and build strong relationships with e-tailers and cross-functional teams to deliver growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in Customer Development in FMCG industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end P&L for B2C channel and ownership of sales targets.
• Design and implement brand-wise and e-tailer strategies for growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with etailers for JBPs.
• Collaborate with Brand, Customer Marketing and Finance on monthly plans.
• Work with data analytics to identify trends and optimize offerings.
• Oversee day-to-day ops with e-commerce aggregators and distributors.
• Coordinate with Channels, Business Units, Finance and Supply Chain.
• Initiate excellence projects to drive channel efficiency.
• Create synergies with modern trade for omni-channel programs.
• Deploy flagship digital stores program to set industry standards.
