Job summary

Unilever is building its talent pipeline for an Assistant Key Account Manager in Pakistan. This role supports Customer Development with a focus on MT accounts, joint business plans, and commercial negotiations to drive growth.

You will develop strong customer relationships, coordinate cross‑functionally with marketing, sales and supply chain, and monitor KPI-driven performance to ensure profitable execution.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in account management.
• Account management experience is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation and analytics skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Negotiate and execute fair trading terms to drive annual contracts.
• Develop and monitor Customer Business Plans / JBPs for compliance.
• Deliver P&L and customer profitability targets.
• Coordinate category plans, launches, promotions with marketing and sales teams.
• Forecasting and planning with cross‑functional teams.
• Ensure in‑store visibility and Perfect Store standards.
