Job summary

Web7Labs is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to support growth across C2C, freelance platforms, and B2C markets. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals passionate about sales, lead generation, and building long-term client relationships.

You will identify new business opportunities, engage with potential clients, and support the sales pipeline across multiple channels, coordinating with internal teams to ensure offerings meet client requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in related field
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience
• Knowledge of C2C and freelance models desirable
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through online platforms and outbound channels.
• Develop strategies to acquire and retain customers in C2C and B2C segments.
• Initiate first-level communication with prospects and nurture relationships.
• Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
• Track lead generation and report metrics to leadership.
• Support senior team members in closing deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with client needs.
• Stay informed about industry trends and opportunities.
