Hire VA Staff seeks a Klaviyo Expert with Customer Success Management experience to support clients and service-based small businesses through effective email marketing operations and responsive account management.

This remote role blends hands-on Klaviyo execution with relationship building, campaign performance analysis, and proactive customer support to help clients engage their audiences, improve retention, and streamline communication while delivering a reliable virtual assistant experience.

Qualifications

Practical expertise with Klaviyo campaigns, flows, segmentation, signup forms.
Customer success or account management experience including onboarding, retention.
Ability to analyze email metrics such as delivery/open/click and trends.
Understanding of email marketing best practices, personalization, testing.
Strong written and verbal communication with non-technical clients.

Responsibilities

Set up, manage, and optimize Klaviyo email campaigns, flows, segments, forms, and subscriber lists.
Monitor campaign performance, interpret key metrics, and recommend improvements.
Manage customer accounts, understand business needs, and provide timely, professional support.
Coordinate onboarding, explain platform functionality, and help clients adopt effective email marketing processes.
Maintain accurate records, document activities, and communicate priorities clearly.
Identify customer concerns early, resolve routine problems, and escalate complex matters.
