Job summary

StaffShore Solutions LLC is seeking a Talent & Operations Assistant to support day-to-day marketing, hiring, lead generation, and growth activities for our remote-first team. You will help keep content, job postings, candidate tracking, outreach research, and marketing tasks organized.

Qualifications

Excellent written and spoken English.
Proficient with Google Workspace, Canva, spreadsheets and social platforms.
Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
Able to work independently and follow instructions clearly.
Interest in marketing, recruiting, lead generation, or business operations.

Responsibilities

Assist with social media content posting on LinkedIn, Facebook and other channels.
Track applicants, update candidate records, and coordinate hiring basics.
Conduct lead research and organize prospect lists.
Update CRM records, spreadsheets, and task trackers.
Create simple Canva graphics, documents, or content drafts when needed.
Support blog, website, and marketing content updates.
Follow up on tasks and stay organized in tools like ClickUp or Google Workspace.
