Motive is seeking a Business Strategy & Operations Analyst II to join our Sales Operations team. You will partner with Sales & Sales Ops leaders to scale our operations model, enabling teams to focus on high-impact initiatives that drive growth.

Responsibilities include data analysis, dashboard creation, project management, stakeholder engagement, and quality assurance to deliver accurate insights and maintain data integrity across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in business intelligence, sales operations, or related fields with a focus on data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and Salesforce; SQL proficiency is mandatory.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with a proactive, adaptable mindset.

Responsibilities
