Job summary

Motive is seeking a Manager, Solutions Operations to lead and scale the engine behind our Sales Engineering, Trial Success, and related teams. You will build and develop a high-performance team, set priorities, and drive end-to-end improvements in data, systems, and processes.

You will own Insights & Analytics and Tooling & Systems workflows, optimize the tech stack (Salesforce-focused), automate manual work, measure adoption, govern tools, and partner with AI Operations to prioritize use cases

Qualifications

Experience leading business operations, Sales Operations, RevOps, analytics, or related function.
Strong analytical judgment; able to turn questions into metrics and decisions.
Depth with dashboards, KPI frameworks, data quality, and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

Monitor performance trends, investigate anomalies, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
Own and optimize the Solutions tech stack centered on Salesforce and connected systems; automate gaps and ensure data access.
Lead end-to-end change: enablement, adoption measurement, governance, and cost-effectiveness of tools.
