Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience in sales data, analytics, or operations.
• Advanced SQL proficiency for data validation, profiling, and reporting across large datasets.
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce objects including hierarchical structures and segmentation.
• Experience leveraging AI/ML and LLM-powered tools to accelerate analysis and documentation.
• Familiarity with data enrichment workflows and quality checks for third-party data sources.
• Ability to perform root-cause analysis and translate findings into business impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact data quality investigations and diagnostics.
• Identify data issues and anomalies across accounts, contacts, and opportunities.
• Use SQL and Salesforce reporting for root-cause analysis and impact assessment.
• Establish and maintain data quality standards and scorecards.
• Build automated checks and recurring reports to monitor data health.
• Define data requirements for regional enrichment and segmentation.
• Support design and maintenance of account hierarchies in Salesforce.
• Translate data quality findings into actionable recommendations tied to sales outcomes.
• Create and maintain runbooks and data dictionaries.
