Job summary

Motive is seeking a Business Strategy & Operations Analyst II to partner with Sales and GTM leadership. You will own end-to-end business rhythms, build scalable automation, and bring a strong point of view to leaders you support.

You will help run the weekly and quarterly reviews, design data pipelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to fix issues at the source. This role requires data fluency and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales operations, revenue operations, business intelligence, or business strategy with ownership of recurring reporting or analytics for a commercial team.
• Proficient in SQL; build and debug warehouse queries including joins, window functions, CTEs, and aggregation.
• Advanced Google Sheets; working knowledge of Salesforce objects, fields, and reports.

Responsibilities

• Own recurring business reviews: weekly and quarterly cadence, reconcile numbers, surface the story behind movements, meet leadership deadlines.
