Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Up to 4–5 years of telecom sales or related experience.
• Strong channel management and trade promotions knowledge.
• Experience in planning and forecasting for SIM/Recharge products.

Aufgaben

• Drive revenue growth from 3G/4G sales and handset shops.
• Ensure quality gross adds and channel expansion.
• Coordinate with franchises for stock availability and demand.
• Handle end-to-end complaint management and CSI monitoring.
• Coordinate trade marketing for brand visibility and promotions.
• Plan routes and forecast daily/weekly/monthly sales.
• Lead and train staff and retailers on product knowledge.
• Collaborate with regional teams for network utilization optimization.
