Qualifications

• Hands-on experience creating and managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager campaigns and optimization.
• Ability to write and test concise ad copy and landing-page improvements.
• Strong analytical skills with KPI interpretation (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS).
• Proficiency in preparing performance reports with spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns across search, display, and social placements.
• Conduct keyword, audience, and competitor research to inform targeting and messaging.
• Develop and test ad copy, creative variations, bidding strategies, and landing-page recommendations.
• Monitor budgets, pacing, conversions, and performance; adjust settings to improve efficiency.
• Set up and validate conversion tracking and analytics integrations; coordinate with team members.
• Stay current with platform updates and apply relevant changes to campaigns.
