Qualifications

• 1–3 years of paid advertising experience.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram.
• Experience with campaign optimisation, lead generation and analytics.
• Experience with conversion tracking and reporting.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Manage budgets, audience targeting, bidding, and keywords.
• Monitor CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
• Conduct A/B tests on creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages.
• Set up and monitor GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and CAPI.
• Analyse data and prepare performance reports.
