Job summary

Cakes & Bakes in Lahore, Pakistan, is seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Division lead to steer the company's growing network of outlets. The role requires a senior sales professional with strong leadership, strategic planning, and a proven record in managing multiple retail stores.

You will formulate sales strategies, set KPIs, ensure smooth operations, mentor staff, and uphold an outstanding customer experience to strengthen the brand.

Qualifications

• At least a business graduate or equivalent.
• Experience: 10-12 years in retail, with 7-8 years in leadership of chain stores.
• Proven ability to formulate sales strategy and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement sales strategy.
• Plan, execute, and continually improve retail sales activities to maximize sales volume.
• Formulate, assign, and implement KPIs and sales targets.
• Ensure smooth operation of all sales outlets.
• Manage store staff, motivate and coach sales teams.
• Enhance brand image through excellent customer service.
