Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in international business, logistics, or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of import/export experience or in international logistics.
• Proven project management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and logistics software.
• Fluency in English; other languages beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all import/export operations per regulations and company policies.
• Prepare documentation for import/export activities (invoices, bills of lading, shipping instructions, certificates of origin).
• Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping agents, and customs authorities to facilitate movement of goods.
