Job summary

Hightech Solutions in Lahore is seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Coordinator to help manage end-to-end operations, ensure timely delivery and quality compliance, and collaborate with suppliers and production teams.

You will analyze performance data, support cost reduction initiatives, maintain accurate inventory records, and prepare regular reports for stakeholders. On-site role requiring 1–2 years experience and a Bachelor's in a related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in supply chain or related roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and supply chain management software.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Excellent organizational skills with multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate end-to-end supply chain operations ensuring timely delivery and quality compliance.
• Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers to ensure seamless supply chain processes.
• Analyze supply chain data and performance to identify areas for process improvement or optimization.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies aimed at improving efficiency and reducing costs.
• Maintain and update inventory and order records to ensure stock levels are maintained.
• Work closely with procurement teams to ensure efficient procurement strategies.
• Handle any logistics challenges or issues that arise, ensuring quick and effective resolution.
• Prepare regular reports on supply chain performance and present findings to stakeholders.
• Stay updated with current regulations and industry trends affecting supply chain management.
