Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of import/export or international logistics experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and logistics software.
• Strong knowledge of import/export regulations and compliance.
• Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate import/export operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Prepare invoices, bills of lading, shipping instructions, and origin certificates.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, agents, and customs authorities to ensure timely movement of goods.
• Monitor shipments and provide updates to internal teams and external parties.
• Resolve discrepancies or issues that arise during the import/export process.
• Maintain knowledge of international trade laws and tariffs for accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with departments to align logistics activities with business goals.
• Assist in negotiating contracts and pricing with transport and logistics providers.
