Job summary

People in Lahore, Pakistan is seeking a Product Development Manager to take ownership of fabric-based product lines, starting with judo/karate uniforms, and to drive quality across GSM, shrinkage, weave finish, and durability.

You will collaborate with weaving and stitching teams to ensure consistency, benchmark against leading brands, and help shape new product lines like uniforms and functional wear, while supporting packaging, labeling and brand-aligned documentation.

Qualifications

• Graduation or Masters degree in textile-related field.
• 4–5 years of relevant textile industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Own fabric-based product lines (starting with judo/karate uniforms).
• Set and uphold quality benchmarks (GSM, shrinkage, weave finish, durability).
• Approve fabric batches and stitched products before export.
• Collaborate with weaving and stitching teams to ensure consistency.
• Benchmark against top global brands for product quality and presentation.
• Help shape new product lines: uniforms, functional wear, and more.
• Support packaging, labeling, and product documentation aligned with brand vision.
