Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end product development for the Local Sales market.
  • Develop and design fabric constructions, blends, and finishes.
  • Create Jacquard, Dobby, and Cadding fabric designs.
  • Prepare detailed PD sheets and technical specifications.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis on textile trends.
  • Coordinate closely with design and production teams.
  • Ensure all developments meet customer specifications related to quality, colors, patterns, hand feel, and finishing standards.
  • Coordinate closely with design, sampling, weaving, dyeing, and production teams to ensure smooth execution and timely problem resolution.
  • Manage timelines for design finalization, sampling approvals, and bulk production readiness.
  • Maintain structured design libraries, PD records, and client development files.
  • Conduct client meetings, design presentations, approvals, and follow-ups.
  • Utilize CAD systems, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design tools for professional visualization and presentations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end product development for the Local Sales market from concept creation to bulk execution.

Develop and design fabric constructions, blends, GSM, textures, and finishes in line with market trends and loom capabilities.

Create Jacquard, Dobby, and Cadding fabric designs, ensuring technical feasibility and aesthetic appeal.

Design and develop creative print concepts (digital/rotary), color palettes, and pattern layouts aligned with customer requirements.

Prepare detailed PD sheets, technical specifications, and artwork files for sampling and production.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to track local and international textile trends, especially in the terry and home textile sector.

Ensure all developments meet customer specifications related to quality, colors, patterns, hand feel, and finishing standards.

Coordinate closely with design, sampling, weaving, dyeing, and production teams to ensure smooth execution and timely problem resolution.

Manage timelines for design finalization, sampling approvals, and bulk production readiness.

Maintain structured design libraries, PD records, and client development files.

Conduct client meetings, design presentations, approvals, and follow-ups.
