Sanyou Machinery & Technology International seeks a Director of Marketing & Sales to drive growth in Pakistan and globally. The role demands leadership of marketing and sales strategies, development of textile sector accounts, and promotion of energy-efficient AC and textile machinery solutions.

You will oversee tenders and negotiations, guide a team, and report to senior management to shape strategic expansion. This high-visibility role requires strong communication and industry knowledge.

Formación

• BS Textile and MBA in Marketing are required.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in textile machinery, HVAC, or industrial solutions.
• Strong understanding of marketing strategies and client relationship management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead national and international marketing and sales strategies.
• Develop and manage key accounts within the textile industry.
• Promote AC systems, humidification automation, and textile machinery solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansions.
• Oversee proposal development, tenders, and high-value negotiations.
• Lead and train the sales and marketing team to achieve growth targets.
• Report to senior management and contribute to strategic planning.
