InTalent Asia is partnering with a leading apparel manufacturer in Lahore to hire a Technical Expert – Garment. The role leads cutting, printing & embroidery, and sewing operations to drive product quality, productivity and on-time delivery.

You will implement best practices from global brands, develop technical capability, train supervisors and operators, and ensure compliance with quality standards. Proven hands-on leadership across garment processes and experience with premium sportswear

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Textile Engineering, Garment Manufacturing, Apparel Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
Certifications in productivity improvement or manufacturing excellence are advantageous.
Extensive hands-on experience in cutting, printing & embroidery, sewing, and sportswear manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Lead cutting operations to improve fabric utilization and reduce wastage.
Oversee printing and embroidery for quality, placement accuracy, and durability.
Direct sewing operations to boost line productivity and efficiency.
Ensure garments meet global brand quality standards and specifications.
Develop SOPs and train supervisors, technicians, and operators.
Drive continuous improvement for productivity, efficiency and quality.
